What happens if my item is damaged/missing parts?
Occasionally items get damaged during freight or our factory misses packing a part. If the item has been damaged we must be notified ASAP and within 7 days of delivery so we can claim insurance and send you a replacement. If your pack is missing a certain part notify us ASAP and we will send the missing parts out.
Can I return my item?
Once you have ordered your item it then becomes yours! If you have decided it is not quite what you want any more please contact us ASAP and we may be able to stop your order. However, if it has already been manufactured the item is then yours. You are able to return the item but you will have to pay a restocking fee.
